When I started at my Texas college, I was nervous too, but trust me, you'll settle in real quick. One thing I learned about Texas colleges is the strong sense of community. ngl have you checked out any clubs or events to connect with folks who share your passions? i joined the curatorial club at my school, and it's been a blast working on projects with other history buffs.
If you're into museums like me, have you scoped out any cool internship opportunities around North Central Texas?
