Anyone Else Finding the Housing Costs at Midwestern State University Bit Steep?

So, was talking with my nephew considering Midwestern State University next fall and dang, housing costs seem little steep there, don't they? As an Aggie who didn't break the bank in College Station, it's hard to wrap my head around. Any thoughts on why the prices are set that way?
