Can anyone share their experience with the Wildlife Management course at Sul Ross State University?

I've been hitting the books over at Paso Community College lately, studying entrepreneurship can't resist the call of owning my own business someday! But that's story for another time. Today, wanted to ask about something tad different: Wildlife Management at Sul Ross State University. My cousin is seriously considering signing up for this course. He's always had knack for wildlife stuff could name every bird in our backyard by the time he was 10. Still, taking up degree is no small commitment, right? So, anyone here taken the Wildlife Management course at Sul Ross? What's your experience been like? What's the teaching style of the professors, and what kind of projects or field work did you get to do? Are we talking more lecture-based learning or practical hands-on experience in natural habitats? In another vein, my daughter seems to have caught the psychology bug (guess she likes getting into people's heads! She’s got her sights set on Trinity University for her Bachelor's in Psychology. If anyone has any insights about their program and how the student-faculty relationships are, I’d appreciate it! The kid values close-knit academic community where professors really know their students. Guess I'm fishing for info left and right today! But hey, isn't that what forums are all about?

Hey folks, I've never actually taken the Wildlife Management course at Sul Ross State myself but buddy of mine did. He couldn't stop raving about the hands-on field experience! Let me tell you, reminded me of my time in the service nothing like getting your hands dirty to really grasp something, you know? Plus, he was always sharing cool trivia about Texas wildlife. Made our camping trips bit more interesting! Anyone else have buddies who took that course and turned into part-time nature guides?
