Anyone else finding Organic Chemistry super tough?
Hey Aggies and Texans everywhere, Just got off the phone with my son, who's out at College Station working his tail off in Veterinary Medicine. He's usually as chipper as bluejay, but man, Organic Chemistry has him feeling more like turkey on Thanksgiving Day. His eyes are probably spinning with molecular structures right now crazy stuff!. Remember back in the day, my toughest class was Calculus II, but it sounds like OChem has even that beat!. Mean, is it just my kiddo, or is this class real bear for everyone?
Can't even pronounce half the terms he's mentioning. But on another note I've been wondering about University of Houston. Their business program seems pretty slick from what I've read. Anybody studying there who can vouch for the professors? Can someone tell me if "stereoisomerism" is an actual word or if my son is just trying to mess with me?
