I've been plugging away at this Ph. In Environmental Science here at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Yep, it's as much of mouthful as it sounds and Anyway, enough of my babbling. What I'm really curious about today is the vibe over at Austin Community College. Anyone here got any inside scoop they'd care to spill?

Honestly, See, I've got this kid cousin who's all set on packing up his guitar and moving to Austin to "make it big" in music. Bless his heart, he’s as ambitious as longhorn with point to prove. He's also considering taking some classes at Austin Community College between gigs. Now, love the little dude to bits and want to I've heard my program has quite diverse crowd with plenty of non-traditional students. What's the real story?. Is it supportive for creative types? And how about practical matters work-study opportunities, internships and such?

Hey there, got my start at Austin Community College before moving on to Texas Tech. ACC was great springboard for me. The classes were challenging but manageable and the professors truly cared about our success. Also, being in the heart of Austin is major plus! So what's your main concern about ACC? The curriculum, campus life, or something else?
