So I've been looking into Texarkana College bit more deeply for some of my students. I've seen some pretty unique programs that caught my eye like solar energy technology and culinary arts. Got me wondering: any of y'all actually studied one of these less traditional tracks over there? Or have you heard anything about them on the grapevine? I'm all about exploring beyond the typical business or science degrees, you know? What's the word around campus?
