Just moved to the Lone Star State and boy, is it change from where we used to live. I'm still getting used to all the barbeque sauce and Friday night football! Anyway, I've got kiddo who's Leatherneck at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi anyone else out there with TAMUCC student? We've had nothing but good experiences with TAMUCC so far. The campus life seems pretty vibrant, which was big plus for my kiddo. They're enjoying their classes and making friends left and right. But what about your experiences? Any tips or inside info on the community vibe at Texas A&M?
Now, onto my real reason for posting: we're considering Grayson College for our younger one. It's got smaller class sizes which are appealing, but you know how it is we want to I've heard some great things abthis schools school, like their welding program that's supposedly top-notch, and the fact that they have this impressive agreement with Texas A&M Commerce for easy transfer of credits. But. I'm curious about the day-to-day stuff like what's the student life really like? Are the professors approachable? Does it have that sense of community that can make or break college experience?
