I'm facing some real Texan challenges - like racking up those flight hours and dealing with the hefty certification costs. And let's talk about the unpredictable Texas weather conditions - they keep me on my toes for sure! But hey, shifting gears a bit - I've been pondering about diving into some student organizations at my college, specifically ones related to aviation or even writing and publishing because hey, a pilot can also be a wordsmith, right? 🚀✍️

If any of you Texas college folks have experienced being part of student organizations here, could you share your insights? How did it shape your college journey? Did it help you overcome any academic hurdles or add that extra spice to your Texas student life?

We organize beach cleanups on Padre Island and raise awareness about protecting our Gulf marine life! It's been so fulfilling to connect with like-minded folks who share my passion for the environment. lowkey i love how texas colleges offer diverse student orgs that cater to different interests.
From Aggie environmental clubs to Longhorn sustainability groups, there's something for everyone! 🤠 I'm curious, what are some unique student organizations you've come across in Texas? Any cool events or initiatives that stood out to you?
I'm always looking for new ways to get involved and make a difference in our community.
