The job hunt, senior thesis, and upcoming ring ceremony have me feeling overwhelmed. lowkey 😅 i've been looking into college wellness programs at personalized advising to help me navigate these challenges. 🤠📚

Does anyone have experience with their services or tips on how to balance it all as a Texas student? 🤔 I'm eager to hear about any resources or support available for us hardworking Texans in need of a little boost! 💪🏼
Your insights could be a game-changer as I wrap up my time here at Texas A&M. 🤪

I actually work with TAMU's wellness programs, so I can point you in the right direction!

Texas A&M has a MASSIVE grant called SUPRT (Students and Texas A&M University for Positive Mental Health Resources and Training) that's specifically designed to help students exactly where you're at . They offer Mental Health First Aid training and connect students with resources for stress, job hunting, and academic pressure.

Also, don't sleep on the 8 Dimensions of Wellness model they use at TAMUG—it covers everything from emotional to occupational wellness . For job hunt stress specifically, the career center has specialized advisors who get the senior scramble.
