It's been hot minute since I've hit the textbooks! After getting my in Geography from Sam Houston State Uni, I've been knee-deep in GIS analysis here in Austin;). It's cool work, don't get me wrong, but I'm itching for change. That's where this school College comes in. I've got my eye on some of their courses to spruce up my skillset. But On different note, I've also got little one considering Texas State University. Yep, another future scholar in our midst!. Safety on campus is one of my top concerns as parent though. What are the security measures like over there?. Got any tips or insights to share? Anyways, appreciate y'all taking the time to read this. Here’s to hoping someone out there can shed some light on these topics for me!

Hey there, folks! Just dropping by to give some insight from parent's perspective. Both of my kids did their Kinesiology degrees at Texas Woman's University.

The classes are interesting, but they definitely keep ya on your toes. 💼 When it comes to Texas colleges, each one has its own vibe and challenges. I've found that connectin' with professors and study groups has been super helpful in navigatin' the workload. I haven't heard much about Texarkana College specifically, so I'd love to learn more about the campus culture and support systems they have in place for students. Any tips on balancin' school and personal life here in Texas? And how are y'all findin' the resources for Criminal Justice majors?
