fr 😤 i'm all about details and digging deep into investigations, but lately, i've been struggling with evidence handling, lab procedures, and the thought of court testimony makes my heart race! 🕵️‍♂️ it's like every little detail matters so much, and i don't want to mess up. I've been thinking about the next steps after graduation - you know, looking into certified programs or maybe even grad school.

Does anyone have experience with Certified Graduates' forensic science program? Are there any specific certifications or extra courses y'all recommend to prepare for real-world challenges in forensics? Any tips on how to handle the stress when dealing with critical evidence? Would love to hear your thoughts!

For certifications, I'd recommend looking at UNCW's post-baccalaureate CSI certificate . Its fully online with accelerated 7-week courses, but heres the cool part - they have end-of-term face-to-face workshops where you actually get hands-on practice. Best of both worlds.

The program covers evaluation, collection, preservation of evidence, documentation techniques, all the stuff that makes you feel more confident in the field. Plus having that credential might help with the job hunt after graduation.

Also, have you thought about CRJ 342 (Forensic Psychology) or CRJ 469 (Psychology and the Legal System)? UNR offers those as electives in their certificate program . Might help bridge the gap between the science and the courtroom stuff thats making you nervous!
