Currently busting my butt in Senior Design, Thermodynamics, and Technical Writing. But here's the deal - I'm stressing over the job hunt, senior thesis, and even my ring ceremony! 💍 So, I've been hearing a lot about Certified Graduates lately. imo are they really the bee's knees when it comes to snagging a job after graduation? 🤔

like, does having that certification give you a leg up in the texas job market? or is it just another piece of paper to add to the pile? i'm all about putting in the work and staying true to my traditional roots as an aggie. But with all these deadines looming over me like storm clouds in College Station, I need some advice from my fellow Texans. 🐮

First off, gig 'em! And congrats on almost being done—ring ceremony is right around the corner, which is so exciting!

About Certified Graduates: I did it last semester. Here's the honest take—it's not magic, but it is useful. It forces you to get your LinkedIn perfect, practice interviews, and build a portfolio of projects. In the Texas market, especially in Houston and Dallas, it shows initiative. It's another talking point. But you're right, it's extra work. If you're already drowning in senior design, maybe wait until after finals to start the process. Your sanity comes first!
