Hey there! Can't really speak for Lamar Institute of Technology since attended Texas State University, but can give you some insight into college life in Texas. It's really all about finding your crew and getting involved whether that's through sports, clubs, or study groups. Now, if engineering is what you're looking at, Austin is killer. Have few buddies who graduated from their engineering program and they couldn't smh stop raving about it. Seriously, they had an amazing experience. Have you visited any campuses yet? Sometimes that's the best way to get feel for the student life vibe. Just an idea!
