Any tips for newbie moving into the dorms at Tarleton State University?

Alright folks, need to pick your brains. My little sister, bless her heart, is hthemy programthe college in the fall and she's as nervous as long-tailed cat in room full of rocking chairs about the whole dorm life. It's been hot minute since started my journey in Education over at Texas Women's University and focused more on Special Education than dorm life survival skills. It seems like yesterday when had butterflies fluttering around my stomach, pondering how to navigate through university life myself. But things are different now, aren't they?

Tech gadgets all over the place, more modern amenities, and from what hear, even study lounges that would put Google offices to shame! So I'd love to gather some real-world wisdom here. What are some insider tips for surviving the dorms at the Texas campus? Any traditions or unspoken rules she should be aware of? And what's your best advice for getting along with roommates? You know, those tiny details that can make her freshman year smoother and give me peace of mind! As for me, I'm looking at Texas Tech for my next chapter.

So if you've got pointers on making that transition, fire away!
