Anyone else struggling with parking at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley?

What's up guys? Hope this finds you well. I’m an architecture major over at UTSA, but I've got cousin going tothis school who keeps texting me about their campus parking headaches. It seems like pretty real issue, right? Anyway, anyone else dealing with this headache or is it just my perpetually late-to-class cousin (love you, Cuz)?
