Alright, y'all. So, I've been up to my eyeballs in neuroscience research over here at the University of Texas Medical Branch (don't even get me started on my latest findings. Can't make heads or tails of it). But, it got me thinking about other disciplines and their experiences. Specifically, I'm curious about those of you who have dipped your toes into the engineering program at Texas A&M. Was it everything you imagined? More? Less? Remember an old buddy of mine in undergrad who was part of that program. Dude barely had time to sleep but he sure did love his classes. Like said, How are the professors? Do they keep things interesting or do you have to slog through lectures? How's the hands-on learning aspect? And for those Aggies out there, how's the school spirit during those late-night study sessions? Maybe it's just me being neck-deep in brain cells over here, but sometimes wish had bit more tangible problem-solving in my life. What do y'all think? Is there something about being an engineer that gets your gears going?
